If you are not satisfied with your order or the service you received, please allow us to make it right for you. Please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of the date you received your purchase. Before sending back any returns, please send an e-mail to RMA@crocwireless.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not deface the box or packaging if you are returning it. We cannot process returns with RMA numbers. A 15 days allowance from purchase date for all returns is afforded to the customer after the date of receipt. Date of receipt is the date the merchandise was delivered to you by the carrier. This is based on the tracking or E-confirmation information provided by the carrier. All Sales are Final after the 15 Day Return & Exchange Period expires.
Please e-mail us promptly to obtain a Return Authorization Number. There will be no refunds or returns on software, phones, on sale items and accessories requiring installation (including but not limited to Car kits, Prepaid and SIM Cards). Any software that has been opened cannot be returned as per federal government regulations. Warranties on these excluded items will be entertained if they are defective or dead on arrival. Completion of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process will be required.
CrocWireless.com customers are afforded two options of refund: 100% in-store credit or have the credit applied back to the purchasing credit card, in which case, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied. Purchase amount is credited upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition. If an item is defective or erroneously shipped by us, upon receipt of the same we will refund you for return shipping up to $4.95.
The following terms and conditions apply to all returns:
• Product must be in original condition received.
• Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
• Product must be returned within 15 days of delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).
• All components and manual must be returned.
• A clear return address must be on the package.
• Items not in compliance with return policy will be returned back to you at the customer’s expense.
• RMA# is a must for all returns. Returns without RMA # will not be accepted.
• Any amount difference between Exchanged items will either be charged to your credit card on file or you will receive In-store credit for the difference.
• For Support on products that are not covered under the 15 Day Return and Exchange Period, Please refer to Warranty Guidelines.

• Warranty doesn't cover Physical damage to products.
• Products under Warranty are Replaced Free of charge.
Close Out/ Open Box Products and Phones
Products that are sold as 'Closed Out Products/ Open Box' are sold as is. No Refunds and exchanges are provided on these items. All Sales are Final. If the items are covered under warranty, please refer to our warranty page for guidelines.
Missing Parts or Accessories
Any Missing Parts or Accessories from your initial order must be reported to us via either a (Phone Call/Email) within 48 hrs after delivery.
Damaged / Defective Items
Do not accept a visibly damaged product until the person making the delivery has endorsed the air bill/bill of lading with a statement of the extent of the damage. If damage is concealed and found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately call us. Concealed damage must be reported on the same day of delivery. Notify us immediately of damages so that we can provide you with assistance on the claim with the freight carrier. When calling, please have the sales order number at hand.
Lost Orders
Any orders that may have been lost in mail must be reported within 10 days from the ship date. Only after 10 business days will orders be reshipped that are domestic orders. International orders will be reshipped after 20 business days. However this rule only applies to United States Post Office carrier or Airmail if international. If the lost items in question are not reported in the appropriate time the items will not be replaced.
Address Changes
If at the time of the order the incorrect address is given, all address changes must be submitted and confirmed within two hours of placing the order by alerting us either via email: CS@CrocWireless.com. All changes are updated in a 24hr. period.
Refused Orders
If the order is not requested to be cancelled before the package ships and is refused upon delivery it is subject to a shipping / restocking fee. Any order refused by FedEx or UPS will be charged a standard $10.00 fee for the return shipping fees. Any order refused by USPS will be subject to a standard 20% restocking fee.
